MINEYE & SPACEBEL: EO Solutions for Sustainable Mining & Raw Materials Management - Insights from our Project Team
During the latest MINEYE General Assembly in November 2025 in Heraklion, Crete (Greece), all consortium partners contributing to this Horizon Europe project for sustainable mining coordinated by NGI (Norwegian Geotechnical Institute) reviewed progress, exchanged insights and discussed the substantial results achieved so far.
On this occasion, our SPACEBEL colleagues also explained our expertise covering several activities in the field of Earth observation applications and data management to this European innovation action.

Set for completion by 2028, the MINEYE approach aims to provide effective solutions to the financial, environmental and social challenges associated with mineral exploitation in Europe.
